1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Tech Marketing Lab SAS ("Tech Marketing Lab", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information. It applies to our website https://techmarketinglab.co, our services, and the Tech Marketing Lab application that connects to Google Ads. Contact: [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: name, email, phone number, company name and any message you send us through forms, bookings, chat, email or calls.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URLs and interaction data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Google user data: if you connect a Google Ads account to the Tech Marketing Lab application, we access the data described in Section 4. We access it only after you grant permission through Google's OAuth consent screen.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

respond to inquiries and provide the services you request

manage client accounts and deliver reports

send service communications, and marketing messages only where you have consented

operate, secure and improve our website

comply with legal obligations

4. Google user data and the Google Ads API

What we access: the Tech Marketing Lab application requests only the Google Ads API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). With your authorization, it reads and manages Google Ads data for the accounts you connect: account and customer IDs, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, bids, and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions and cost). We do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.

How we use it: only to provide the features you requested: creating, managing and optimizing your advertising campaigns and generating performance reports for you.

How we share it: we do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers. We do not use it for serving ads, for determining creditworthiness, or for lending purposes. We share it only:

with service providers that host or process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations

when required by law

with your explicit consent

Human access: our staff do not read your Google user data except with your consent (for example, to provide support you request), when necessary for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

AI/ML: we do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Storage and protection: OAuth tokens and Google Ads data are stored on Google Cloud with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.

Retention and deletion: we keep Google user data only while your account is connected and for as long as needed to provide the service. When you disconnect, or ask us to delete your data, we delete tokens and stored Google Ads data within 30 days.

Revoking access: you can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by emailing [email protected].

Limited Use: Tech Marketing Lab's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Service providers

We use trusted providers to operate our business, including:

website hosting and CRM (HighLevel)

cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud)

email and SMS delivery

analytics

payment processing

These providers may process personal information only on our instructions.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for site functionality, analytics and, where permitted, advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work if you do.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or as required by law. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, the EU GDPR or California's CCPA), you may have the right to:
